Reflection period

You have the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. During this time you may do with the product what is reasonably necessary to assess the product. It is allowed to try the product as you would in a physical store. In addition, you can remove the product from the packaging unless the package contains a security seal. If you have done more than was necessary to try the product, you may be charged for damages.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the product. If you have ordered multiple items with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the last product or item. When you have agreed to a regular delivery of products, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you or a third party designated by you, physically acquires the first product. To use your right of withdrawal, please send us an email, including the completed template form, to helpdesk@computerpirates.co.uk. You must return the products within 14 days of sending the e-mail.
We ask that you return the product as much as possible in the original packaging.

Refund
In case of a revocation, you will receive all payments, including the inital delivery costs for the shipment, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you indicate your intention to withdraw. We will refund you with the same payment method you have paid, unless you agree with another method. You will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We estimate that these costs will be up to €100.00 / £100.00. Normally this will cost around € 10.00 / £10.00.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products or services whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market on which AEC B.V. has no influence and which may occur within the period of withdrawal
  • Products that AEC B.V. has created in accordance with the consumer’s specifications
  • Sealed products that, for reasons relating to the protection of health or hygiene, are unsuited to returning and whose seal was broken subsequent to delivery
  • The delivery of digital content other than on a material medium, but only if the delivery commenced with the Client explicit prior agreement, and Client declared that this implied his having lost his right of withdrawal
  • Audio and video recordings and computer software whose seal the consumer has broken.
